In February of 2017, 23 year-old Bryelle Marshall was arrested for DWI in New Mexico after failing to complete field sobriety tests. She was also charged with Battery, Aggravated DWI, and for an expired license plate.
Officers responded to a report of reckless driving. Once on-scene, they found Ms. Marshall passed out behind the wheel.
Officers were able to wake her up when they started speaking to her. Marshall was asked to step out of her vehicle and appeared to have a difficult time following officer’s commands.
A DWI officer was on-scene giving Marshall instructions on how to complete the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). She responded by doing a cartwheel.
